he loved his food he was the Central Joker, but what would "CHiPs"
have been like without this loveable man? Everyone makes jokes
about Grossie, but we all loved him really.
Paul Linke Played Author Grossman Season 1-6, he was also in
the CHiPs 99 Movie, as a detective Grossman.
After Paul lost his wife to cancer he threw himself into writing.
His book can be bought in all good book shops and it's a very
moving story.

Love you chex, I'll Love you
forever,' I whispered these words of encouragement to my wife
as she struggled for breath. I was seated by her side doing
my conscious-dying best to help her make the final crossing.
I secretly hoped that if I looked deep enough one last
time into those beautiful blue eyes at the moment of her death,
I would grasp a glimpse of life beyond.
But all I sat was Francesca take her last breath, then there
was no more. The threat of her life had passed through the eye
of the needle and she was gone. The moment that we had worked
and prayed for had arrived. The digital clock registered twelve
noon. A single tear rolled down her cheek. I wiped it away with
my right forefinger and placed it on my tongue, savouring the
tear as her final gift to me.
Love had led us through the valley of
her death and enabled us to overcome her fear of abandonment
and my fear of commitment. Together, we had learned one of
lifes greatest lessons,
