Ponch and Jon have to contend with chasing a motorcycle thief, who is stealing items during a traffic jam.

Later they have to deal with a circus truck causing another jam and an elephant on the loose.
Ponch also gets the hots for a suntan lotion model, which has him being the butt of some locker room humour!
