A man driving his car while shaving shoots past them, Ponch says "did I see that ?" as the driver speeds, he nearly hits a young boy skateboarding, the boy falls and the man shouts at him then speeds of again, Jon gives chase while Ponch helps the boy up and talks to him, then after a few minutes the boys ride appears, as we see him get in a car which is being driven by a small boy... Then the music starts.

Jon stops the shaving driving man, he gives him a ticket, Ponch arrives and the car with the children driving goes past, they are having problems to stop as a skateboard has lodged beneath the pedal of the car, one boy takes the key out of the ignition and the car safely stops, and they are taken back to central.

Back on patrol an argument is getting heated up concerning a truck trying to take back a car, the owner refuses and sets fire to it, Jon and Ponch arrive to sort it out and as Ponch puts out the fire they notice that the owner is selling the car, and Ponch takes the opportunity and buys it.

As Jon is about to leave he is nearly run down by the man caught earlier shaving, Jon vows this time to get him off the road.., Jon gives chace and catches him and arrests him for drunk driving and he is taken to central.

Later back on the streets a jogger is hit by a car, the man flees leaving his car, Jon and Ponch arrive on the scene and Jon knows the car belongs to the shaving man so he shoots of to his home and he arrives before the man, who sees Jon and runs, Jon give chase and he is arrested.
