Back at central Ponch walks under a ladder, he then cuts himself shaving, (with an electirc shaver), Ponch is feeling very supersticious. Grossie warns him to be worried, and then when he shuts his locker door and his mirror smashed he is worried.

Meanwhile a lady is getting dressed up as a ghost in an attempt to pull off a robbery on halloween.

On patrol a group of children stop by Jon and Ponch and one little boy squirts Ponch with a water gun loaded with perfume, Ponch then jokingly threatens to cuff the boy.

Later the father of the little boy who Ponch threatened to cuff has run away scared, and the father angrily accuses and blames Ponch, Jon backs up Ponch explaining that it was a joke, but the boys father angrily walks away still blaming Ponch.

Later Ponch stops some children to ask if they has seen the missing boy, they have not and Jon advises Ponch to change his aftershave.

On patrol Jon and Ponch spot a couple of ladies tampering with a street sign, they end up getting a date with them.

At night fall the ghost woman robs the store and gets away with it, but being greedy decides to do it again, this time around she is caught.

Still on patrol at night Jon and Ponch go into an old house where they search and find the small boy safe.
