Jon and Ponch volunteer for an EMT course, they then find out that it is at 6am in the morning meaning they will be working a 12 hour shift, and doing the EMT in their own time and for no extra pay, Ponch failed to read the small print.

Next day Jon and Ponch go hand gliding together, while flying through the air they spot a car on fire, they glide down to help the victim.

Later Jon and Ponch go to the EMT instructors home, his family are pleased to meet them, but the inspector gets very angry and Jon and Ponch do not feel welcome so they quickly leave.

Meanwhile some boys are stuck in an underground man made play house, as the lorries pass over head the cave starts to collapse, the 2 boys become trapped, Ponch manages to get one out, and the EMT instructor goes into the underground to get the other out, while in there it collapses some more, and they are trapped, the EMT inspector starts to go into shock, but some stiff hurtful talking from Ponch brings him back to reality and makes him angry enough to fight for survival, they are rescued and all is ok but the EMT inspector has 2 broken legs.
